- you can request to view and/or delete all the information kept about you

- holds a current enhanced DBS, Child safeguarding and GDPR certificate – available on request
- will adhere to UK GDPR regulations
Consultation and Therapy T&Cs
Prior to the first online or in-person consultation session, clients will be emailed a Medical and Lifestyle Questionnaire and an Informed Consent Form. These must be completed, signed, and returned at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to do so may reduce the available consultation or therapy time.
To secure an appointment, a 50% deposit is required.
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.
